I have been a client of Zenti Healing for about 8 years now. They recently changed ownership or merged with another company (unknown). The company called me about 1-2 months ago to notify me of the change. I was told that the credit I had with the company could be used with their new company or I could request a check for my remaining credit. I asked for the check. It has been about 2 months and I still have not received my check in the mail. On August 8, 2022 I paid them $270. On that date, I had two massages each at a rate of $40 and gave a total tip of $30. Which means I have a remaining credit of $160. This is the amount this company owes me. I have left many voice mails, emails and phone messages over the past three weeks and have not heard from anyone. I want the refund that I am owed in the amount of $160.00
