6/21/2024 The business committed to provide an oil change. After it was done wrong with oil leaking everywhere they told me that the oil change was done wrong and that they would correct the issue. They did a lot to cover up the issue and got the district manager involved. On the documentation and recordings they were aware a check engine light came on. After the oil change it told me to turn my car off. I did. Saw oil leaking up and down my street and from my car. When I turned on the car it made a metal on metal with the light on and shut it off immidiately. Big o was aware of this. They sent 3 mechanics to my house. They all knew there was most likely engine damage. I have a video and recordings of it also at the shop with consent. Documentation provided stated that if I had further issues it would be fully inspected and a claim would be filed. ***** district manager contacted me to bring the car to pecos to get the issue resolved. Stated they would check out the engine over the phone and clean up oil residual. Engine wasnt checked. Per text message and per the shop they said they just checked fluid levels cleaned the car and serviced the oil change again. This wasnt what was promised per documentation on 6/22. ***** is unwilling to do a full engine inspection to see if a claim needs to be filed as a few days ago my engine died and it put me at safety hazard. The document states they need to inspect it. The business has failed to provide the resolution promised over the phone or on 6/22. ***** tried to cover up on test that he didnt promise this. This document says other wise. I want the business to check the engine no charge fully in and out and file a claim if needed be. We also agreed if its not oil related Ill get a quote on the charge and price of the part.
