On April 7, 2016, BBB reached out to Coconut Club Vacations inquiring about their business ownership, physical location, and affiliation with several other travel clubs advertising in the United States using the same email address [email protected]. To date the business has not responded. The affiliated businesses using the same email address are:

In recent correspondence with WSW Holdings, Inc., we were informed that they are a third party travel fulfillment service. According to the company they sell custom branded label travel concierge services and products to Independent Sales Organizations (ISO), such as those mentioned above.
Additionally, BBB has not been able to find any local licensing or registration in the State of Nevada. The address on file for this company is not a physical location but rather a UPS store.

In February 2016, my husband and I attended a Coconut Club presentation. Regretfully we paid them $5500 for a membership to receive discounted vacation deals. We only used the services once or twice since becoming members as we were consistently able to secure better, cheaper vacation deals on our own. Coconut Club Vacations has changed servicing companies, now for the third time, since we became members. We have decided we no longer want this membership. I sent messages through the Contact Us portals on both the old and new websites, and returned our dues invoice, all requesting a Mutual Release document, as had been mentioned by the company in previous complaints, so that we could walk away from the membership.I received a call back from a representative in Member Services billing department today. She told me that the previous servicing company, Leisure Time, offered the Mutual Release, but the new servicing company, ***************, does not. She also told me that the only way to get out of the membership is to sell or transfer it. Nobody wants to buy this membership! There is nothing in the contract that says this is a perpetual membership. The contract only says initial membership term is six months paid and six months complementary. The buyer can elect to enter into a new membership at the end of the initial membership. At buyers option by payment of dues. We have continued to pay our dues, all of these years, and we are up-to-date at this point. We want out of this membership. If we cannot get some resolution, I will be forced to consult an attorney and file a plaintiff. Complaint suit against Coconut Club Vacations.

FRAUD!!! SCAM!!! CROOKS!!!
About 10 years ago ( or more), we attended a presentation for VOYAGER VACATION CLUB - COCANUT CLUB VACATIONS or whatever the business name of the day is. We were MISLED by their fraudulent presentation and made the mistake of joining. We initially paid the membership via credit card that evening. When I got home that night I went on-line to research the "benefits" and discovered that VOYAGER VACATION CLUB was **!!! It's been so long ago, but I'm certain that I contacted my CC company to cancel the transaction the next morning, and contacted VOYAGER to cancel the membership. Aside from rcvg a "Welcome packet" including a catalog of destinations and properties, I NEVER heard from them again. I had completely forgotten about the issue until I rcv'd a letter a couple of months ago stating I owed past due fees. I don't recall the amount, but it was less than $1000. The letter threatened to report me to the IRS and more if I didn't pay. It's been over 10 years since I canceled, but the "ALLEDGED" amount due is only a few hundred dollars???
I called the number provided in the notice for VOYAGER VACATION CLUB member services. After a brief explanation/argument I was told the membership was never canceled and I had to pay. After expressing my disapproval the representative hung up on me. I have continued to receive harrassing notifications from VOYAGER VACATION CLUB, so I contacted BBB. They informed me that the phone number provided was for a different company called COCANUT CLUB VACATIONS. I also read multiple reviews and complaints that mirrored my experience.
These people are crooks and scammers. I will NOT pay them ONE DAMN CENT for a bogus service that I NEVER used, but I WILL take legal action 8f they continue to threatene and harass me.
