      My wife and I booked a vacation in 2021 to go to ****** on a cruise in 2022. We made over $3000 in payments, and the vacation was cancelled. We were offered a replacement vacation to *********** in 2022 and that was also cancelled last minute. The owner offered a refund, and paid $1500 but has since blocked my wife from all communication and stopped payments. All we want is our $1500 back. My wife worked tirelessly to afford the trip we never got to take because of their last minute cancellations.

      A group of 7 booked a trip to ****** (Mykonos and Santorini) with VacayTilSundays (VTS) in January 2023, for a celebration of 50th birthdays. The trip scheduled for Sept. *****, 2023, included accommodations, meals, transfers, and excursions (no flights) for a total $3,500/pp. Some in the group paid in full, while others utilized the monthly payment plan provided by VTS. Over the next several months, 3 group members were double charged a monthly payment of $437.50. VTS assured them it was a processing error and would be refunded. In April 2023, the group added a 2-day ****** extension (Sept. *****, 2023) to the trip for an additional $875/pp, bringing the entire cost of the trip to $4,375/pp ($30,625 for the entire group). And again, a group member was overcharged $875, and given assurances by VTS that it would be refunded. By email dated Sept. 10, 2023 (2-days before departure) VTS postponed the trip to Nov. *****, 2023, claiming the hostess/owner of VTS, ***** Forest-****** had contracted COVID. In the email VTS offered the group 3 options: 1) a full refund of the vacation cost, 2) continue with the vacation on the rescheduled date, or 3) roll-over amounts paid to a **** trip with VTS. We all elected option 1, as we had planned to celebrate 50th birthdays on this trip. Plus, it would be nearly impossible to get everyone from across the country together again by Nov. 11th, and we also didnt want to schedule a future trip with VTS given all that had already transpired with the double changes and last minute postponement. The group scrambled and pulled together a last minute ****** trip, which came at a high cost. Unfortunately, we were unable to use any of the arrangements VTS claimed they made for us (hotels, transfers, excursions, etc), despite the trip being paid in full. Upon return VTS has refused to answer our calls and/or emails and has yet to refund us our combined $30,625, or offer any other consideration. We were defrauded by VTS and ***** Forest-******.

      I signed up for a small group trip through a business called vacay til Sunday. I selected the 6 month payment plan of $407.33. I was then charged 9 payments of $407.33 and a 1 time payment of $145.78 totaling an overpayment of $1,367.77. I received an email response on 01/03/23 from vacay til Sunday recognizing the overpayment asking how I would like to be refunded. I requested credit back to my credit card. A response came back on 03/08/2023 that I would receive the refund within ***** business days. I have not received the refund. I went on the trip and was assured by the travel host by the name of ***** that she was aware of my overpayment and would get it situated. I have sent 3 different emails on 5/5/2023, 5/26/2023, and 6/14/2023 with no response back. All I want is my overpayment amount of $1367.77 returned back
