            I entered into contract with *********************** back in May of 2021. Sent in 3 checks for total amount agreed upon, all checks were cashed/deposited. Received a final Bill of Sale on 5/19/21 that listed what final build of truck would be like (i.e. all options agreed upon). Was told build would take approximately 44 weeks. Was told I would receive regular progress reports and pictures. Received a grand total of ************************************************************************* Build never made it past frame work for various reasons. Was informed on 3/7/24 that he had already completed filing for bankruptcy, no money left to refund and only a cab and chassis for me, no parts. Was provided with his lawyer's name and phone number, but neither him nor his lawyer have replied to texts or emails. Was not provided with the case numbers for his bankruptcy filings and have not been able to find any record of them as of today, 3/18/24.

            At least you got your truck. I waited 2 years , nothing but sad stories. Can never get a hold of the guy. Now he tells me he is filed bankruptcy. I am out my money and my custom truck. The guy should go to jail ! He is nothing but a scammer !
