I purchased tickets for 7/8/24. My son and I were so excited for our vacation at ******** Vegas including the ** company and paddle boarding. I set a reservation ahead of time and confirm that my son can paddle board on his own at age 8. They confirmed yes. I purchased 2 paddle boards. Once, we arrived they said my son needs to be 11. Ok, no problem. I spent $136 but I took the kayak for $70 regardless of their error in communications. The store and the deck said I can have a refund. Once, it came to follow up on the refund for the difference, they gave me the run around. The chat bot called **** said I can only have credit. Credit does not make sense when they walked me into the purchase of 2 paddle boards on approving my son originally. This is their error. When trying to push the issue, they will not let you talk to anyone. They do not have a phone number. They only text and chat. They refuse to give me a refund and stopped responded. They literally stole my money and have it set up where there is no way to contact them. I don't think that ****** wants this type of reputation for his business.Initial Complaint

On June 20th **** I purchased tickets for a cruise with this company for departure date of July 16th 2022. Total amount spent to book was $705. Details of services included cruising on the lake and making memories. Upon arrival we were told that the boat would remain docked and had no air provided. After speaking with the boat manager that day it was agreed that I would receive a refund equaling to half the amount paid in total. That agreement was not upheld by the business. I went through proper channels within my bank to get my refund and the business fought my dispute causing financial burden. They are a scam and ripping people off with no remorse.Initial Complaint

Las Vegas motorsport has reschedule and mini cruise twice. I have asked him to accommodate us a time that works for 12 individuals and they continue to say that there's no refund policy the original scheduled date was July 28th 2022. second date be scheduled September 17, 2022 I was notified today 9/13/22 through text message, that they cannot accommodate the 2 PM time do two reasons beyond their control that was what they told me the first time they canceled in July They can move us to 11 AM time. However I did explain to them that 12 individuals are coming from out of town. and 11 AM will not work for us the last scheduled cruise date is 24th September which no one in the party is able to have that date at this point. I requesting a refund. Las Vegas motorsport cannot be trusted with their obligation to their customers.Initial Complaint

on June 30,2022 my daughter and I rented SUP's from Lake las vegas watersports. It was a very windy day so we were only allowed to stay in one part of the lake. There are cables that go across that part of the lake. The cables are for skiers/wakeboarders. The allowed someone to go while my daughter was in his path. The person had to fall to avoid hitting her. I finally got to her to help and they sent the person again (while we were BOTH in his path) and he had to fall yet again to avoid hitting us. I tried contacting the company by calling and email with no response. I finally decided to text (as the recording and website states to do). I asked again to please have someone call and they insisted I use text. I finally text on July 13. I was getting an immediate response until I explained what happened. After that I have heard nothing. I sent more texts and emails with nothing. I let them know I would be disputing the charges and calling the BBB. till no response. At the very least I would like my money refunded. I was charged $75.40 on 6/30 (a portion of that was merchandise) and $8 for a locker rental. More importantly I was wanting to speak to someone regarding the situation so nobody would get hurt. We were very shaken after the incident; even somewhat embarrassed at first (which is why we just left afterwards). I was later concerned it could be a worse situation next time and now angry with the lack of regard and unprofessional behavior with texting and no response to my concerns.Initial Complaint

My friends and I reserved a boat from Lake Las Vegas Water Sports on 06/05/2022 and paid $200.00 for the day to go out on the lake. My friend is visiting from Vegas and he never comes here so this was the only chance he had to go out on the lake. Well, about 2-3 hours later they cancel the reservations due to weather and say that there are no refunds even though THEY cancelled the reservation. After pleading with them and explaining that my friend doesn't live here and if they could make an exception, they still refuse and say it is in their terms of condition. But after much thought and contacting a lawyer, it has come to my attention they are a huge scam. Because per their policy, they are selling boat reservations online and then within a couple of hours they are cancelling said reservations, offering no refunds, just credit. This practice is clearly deceptive and is a reportable offense under the laws of the Federal Trade Commission for False and Misleading conduct under the DECEPTIVE TRADE ACT, as well as similar NV law (NRS 598.0915) How I can explain further is that the day before we booked, the documented wind speed at 10:30 AM (per the national weather service) in Las Vegas was 17 MPH. The day we booked, by 6 AM a wind advisory was announced and put into effect by the National Weather Service Las Vegas, calling for wind gusts of up to 60 MPH. I am positive that part of their daily tasks are to check weather conditions each day, including weather advisories and alerts. Instead of suspending online reservations, they allowed consumers to book reservations under the pretense that they would be able to use the rental, when clearly it was never going to happen, misrepresenting the online agreement which would in turn void their contract. I asked the name of who I was speaking to, including corporate's number but they refused to give both to me.
