The company closed down its website and is not responding to emails. They continue to tell people they are having website glitches and will be open soon. They still have an active FB page, IG. they owe me a refund and I opted for a large credit instead of a refund. I dont not feel that they had any intention of being open to allow customers to use these credits. This helped them avoid refunding people.Initial Complaint

I have emailed the business multiple times regarding my $250+ in store credit plus my $300+ points I cant use because the website is down. At first, everything on the website was sold out and I couldnt purchase anything if I tried, I emailed them and never heard back. Now the website is non functional and under construction. They owe me money, in fact they owe many customers money. I went to Instagram trying to get someone to respond to me and several other ladies said they were experiencing the same issue. This site is a scam and the people running it need to be held accountable.
