The Quality of the rooms at the casino have gone down in the last couple of years, I think they need to upgrade for a new paint Job and new carpeting.About a year and a half ago, my husband and I stayed for a 2-night stay. the charge showed up on my account on Monday for $78. and change. 4 days later I had another charge for a room appeared on my account. According to our credit card, it came from the hotel. I and called the hotel and spoke with management. At that time, the Manager was a nice and looked into it. It was taken care of, and the 2nd charge was taken off my and money never left my account.August 19, 2023, my husband and I took another weekend trip this time only staying 1 night. Charged $95. the Charge hit my account the next day August 20th, no problem. On the morning of August 22, 2023, a second charge of $95 was Pending in my account, I spoke with my credit card company and the charge was coming from ********, Again I called ******** and this time the front desk *******/****** (?) was so rude to me, I wanted to speak with the Manager *****(?) she would not let me talk to her and hung up on me 2x. I had to call back later in the afternoon and the manager *****(?) she was rude as well. They did not take any responsibility for the situation. Nor did they look into it all they said it was my credit card company doing this. I told them I was disputing the second charge and I was told that if I did, charge back the 2nd charge, then I would not be allowed back into their hotel or the casino.We so disappointed, we have been going there for 20 years or more and the quality of service has gone downhill so much, that its worth driving and extra 30 min to *****************We won't be back. the computer wants a star rating I have to give a 1 star but its not worth any stars.

Had some things stolen. Security would do nothing. I called police who had to drive from Arco (apparently they have no police in Jackpot?). The police officer and security guy finally talked to the man when I pointed him out. He threw my stuff in the hall on the ground in front of me. It was clear that he had gone through my things. The police officer did NOTHING. I asked about pressing charges and he said it was basically my word against his. He treated me as if I were the criminal! I was not impressed. The security man for Barton's 93 was also horrible and acted as if they knew the person who stole my items and hesitant to do anything about it. They were both men and both acted as if I did something to deserve this. I do not recommend this place..it is scary and dirty compared to other casinos in the area.The person who stole my items also had multiple key cards to the rooms there and when returning my things accidentally gave me 3 different key cards, which I threw out. Obviously he had been staying there and someone on the inside was letting him stay in the empty rooms. ****** ****** is much classier and cleaner. Please do not go to this casino..and if you do make sure you lock your cars and do not talk to anyone that approaches you in the casino.
