      I'm not happy with the booking agent, false advertising, I booked 6 day/5-night graduating trip for my son, I ask will transportation and all-inclusion be involved if not I definitely want this. And Juila ******* Member Services says "Got it" I updated it in the notes for front desk to be in the know. She never did, and she never mentioned I had to pay an amount, only that my points took care of it. Only 45 days until the trip a re-confirming agent calls to make sure everything is good to go with the reservations that was made in January of 2024. Come to find out the all-inclusive and Transportation was not added, and I had a balance of $2658. Mind you this airfare has already been purchased and no one, not even Julia attempted to reach me until today May 3rd, 2024, 45 days before departure. I need to find a way to get out of this scam.

      We have been dealing with Resortcom.com for years. We bought in many years ago with Tafer Resorts. We think the Tafer resort is great, but The company Resort.com is a nightmare. Every time they say they will call you back they don't. They say our acct was in default even though we were on auto pay. U cant find the acct number they have on record. We can get on the acct but the acct number they have is different from what we see on our end. . they have charged us almost $400 in the last few month for late fees. We have emailed them, and they have NEVER responded . We have called and no return calls. What they have on their system is different from what we have. we wanted to make a reservation , but they wont till we pay $400 in late fees from the last month. We have no clue what's going on. I have asked to have a supervisor call us back, never happened. In 2019 for three months we went through the same process with them and they NEVER helped us. We said we would pay what we owed less the late fee and they said no. I asked them to hold off on any future late fees from this time forward while they looked into this and they said NO. they said they would have a supervisor call us back with in a week. We are trying to make plane reservations and can't because of their delay's. We have paid thousands of dollars and have had not been able to use almost none of it. we have looked online and have seen so many others that have had the same problems. All we want is to go forward and pay what we owe ( not any late fees since we have no clue about them . Danny

      My husband has been very ill with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer for almost 2 years now. He has been at home with me with Hospice support. Back in March, my husband and I booked a college graduation trip for our grandson and his friend to occur May 24-31. On May 5, my grandson told me his friend’s college final exams had been moved back a week, and he could not get to Cabo until much later than planned. My husband and I had paid in full the hotel fee of $432, 2 guest certificates at $70, meal plan of $700, and shuttle service for $88. That evening, I called and emailed our personal concierge for the trip, Jason ******, to tell him and see what our options were. I believe I made a good faith effort to deal with this trip. It was well within the cancellation window, 19 days out. I did not hear anything from him, The next day, May 6, my husband died. The graduation trip then fell apart, as I was overwhelmed and distraught, and needed to attend to many details surrounding my husband’s death. When I was able to call ResortCom the next week, I was told the best they could do for me was a refund of 50%, not including the hotel fee, of which I would not receive anything.They also told me that Jason Parisi no longer works for the company, and no one was returning his calls or email. I could not know this. My grandson starts his new job on June 4, so we have no time to reschedule the trip, and there are my husband’s affairs and services to which I must prioritize.I am asking for a complete and total refund of the entire costs of this trip, $1290. This may not seem like very much money to you, but my income has just been cut in half, and it is significant to me. My husband and I have been loyal members of Villa Group since 2015 and are members in good standing. I would appreciate hearing from the supervisor at the very earliest time possible. This situation has caused me more stress and anxiety in an already unbearable and immensely stressful situation. Barbara ***********

      In my opinion, this place is running a racquet. Have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week. I called their number, TODAY, which is posted above, AND A RECORDING PLAYED WHICH SAYS THEY ARE OPEN on Saturdays, but when you press extension #1, they say THEY ARE CLOSED. I share a timeshare with my friend and we haven't gotten a bill for maintenance from them in a while. Are they trying to get timeshare holders to default on their timeshares?!?! Seems like it!
