On August 16th my husband spoke to technician Jesus about getting air conditioning. Jesus said no problem we just need to run your credit. We scheduled with Jesus to come out on the 17th 9 am to go over cash or in-house financing by 9 30 haven't heard from him and my husband tried to get a hold of him several times and then received a text saying can't talk right now and never showed up. Received phone call from Jesus at 11 15 stating that there will be a crane here at 2 o'clock and that he would be here to go over the paperwork. Air Supply Cooling came to our house to put on our air conditioner. They were late and the crane guy waited an hour for them to show up. They installed the air conditioner and left. Jesus was supposed to come to inspect there job and go over paperwork on getting in house financing He never showed up. So my husband went on the roof the unit was unlevel, leaking on the roof, blowing cold air on the roof. We received an email with a loan approved in our name from Fortiva which we never heard of or signed any paperwork for which had a 27% interest rate which would have never agreed to that percentage because we have great credit 785 credit score. We also received an email approving our application with All American AirConditioner dba Air Supply Cooling. We still have not seen any paperwork or signed anything and we can't even get the warranty on the unit if we wanted to. My husband tried to call Jesus several times while the technicians were hear and after they left and got no response. My husband got a hold of him the next day said he would be here on Saturday. He never showed up. My husband tried several times and days to get a hold of him, also went by their office and no one was there in the office and there was mail piled high. Finally Jesus called back and came by on August 28th with his brother Danny and Danny took an additional two hours to fix the problems He still did not rectify them. Long story short I still have air leaking on the roof and after him trying to fix the problems we now have harmonic noises coming threw the duct work in the house. October 5th Jesus and brother came to the house with a thermostat but no solution for the noise in the house or the leak on the roof. After speaking to them about having a police report and contacting an attorney immediately Danny said no problems we will come out Saturday the 9th with a crane again to reset the unit proper. Now the big issue is that their is a loan taken out in our name at 27% interest without our approval and now we our receiving collection notices from Fortiva retail credit on a job that is incomplete . Lastly my strong opinion is not to trust Jesus with All American Air Conditioning dba AIR SUPPLY COOLING. John and Lisa
