I purchased chocolate and chocolate making items on 9/22/2021. The items purchased came to $194.67. With shipping the total was $267.79. The items were shipped in September and UPS dropped it off at the wrong address. I was told chef rubber was reimbursed by UPS after they found themselves to be at fault. After that, they shipped the items again, this time to my billing address, which is not my shipping address. They are talking about filing a claim again. They stopped responding to my emails. I just want the items shipped to me right away, and they aren't interested in doing anything until they get a response from UPS. I just want the stuff I paid for ASAP.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/11/15) */ The customer complaint was filed after UPS had shipped the package to the wrong address the 1st time, which we replaced the order, which UPS then lost, which we replaced again, to which we have confirmed the customer now has the package in their possession. We followed up with the client to confirm, which he did and also said we were great just a bunch of UPS shipping issues.
