I ordered these taillights sometime in April. June 2nd I requested a refund since they said it was on back ordered and they didn't even know when they were getting them. June 11th they told me the refund has been processed and it should take 3 to 5 business days. June 21 I sent another email and they told me another 3-4 business days. I sent another email on June 24th they said the refund has been processed on their end since jun 21st. JULY 28th - a month later I sent another email and they stop responding with no refund to my account. I spent $625 to be exact and today is October 8th and they still haven't respond to my email nor refunded my account. I've attached all the back and forth emails screenshot here.. This is not right nor the way to do business. I wonder how many other clients are going through the same thing that I'm going through. I need to know what are the next step to resolve this issue.Business response
