I had a great experience with the team before the company went big. Customer work etiquette is not there. Would not recommend .

Horrible service and dishonest or just lazy. I purchased a part for my 20 X3M Comp. on 11/16/22 and realized the same day that this part would not work for me, a few hours later I messaged the EXPH asking them to cancel it, then I phoned and left a message. I received email confirmation as well as Mike phoned me back and said that they would cancel the order but here is 11/22/22 and I have not received a refund and my order status on their website says "Awaiting Shipment". Why? I just want my refund and will not receive the part if it's shipped and will contact Affirm (I used to make the purchase) to inform them as well.Extreme Power House, LLC Response

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. From there, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your end.
