I brought my 2015 Fiat 500 pop in for diagnostic. Every time I put it in reverse. It started vibrating after three days. I was told that it needed a new air compressor. I was told by the ticket writer, Jim that that was the problem that he assured me that they went through the car and found nothing else wrong. I agreed to pay although $1600 for a new compressor when I picked up the vehicle it still made the same noise brought it back. They kept it for a couple more days and told me it was the motor mounts. They told me it would be about 500 and some dollars to fix them but not to worry since I already gave them the 1600 once I picked up the car it was fine but they refused to give me the difference of the 1600 and the owner refuses to talk to me and it’s been four months

This Allied Service is so bad, it's hard to describe: Facts below: .02Sept21-vehicle carburetor was leaking fuel. Being 10 miles from home, I had to bring vehicle to nearest repair shop tp prevent engine fire. -car in shop to rebuilt carb -Never received any calls about additional problems, but when I called them, they said starter solenoid was bad. Replacement was $45.00 / this was in the last week of Nov 2021. Yes my vehicle was sitting at Allied all this time and excuse after excuse of nothing happening status. -First week of Dec 2021-When I called Allied again about status of picking up car, I was told they could not start the car due to distributor problem. Recommended new MSG distributor at a cost of $1200.00. I told them "no way", don't want it. -Second week of Dec 2021. I had another identical distributor that I brought to Allied with new spark plugs and coil. I told Allied to give it a complete tune up. -15DEC21 I received a call from Mike the owner that told me Allied would not install parts provided. I asked him what the options were. He stated that I would have to have the MSG distributor installed. I said "NO WAY" [NOTE: I had cars repaired at Allied in the past and they accepted all parts provided to them. Both vehicles are classics over 50 years old, so correct parts are necessary to keep car original] I exploded and was angry. Allied had this classic vehicle for 105 days. I gave them a running vehicle with only one problem-the fuel leaking carburetor. Mike then told me to get my car off his property or he would start charging me storage fees. -16EC21 - I had car towed from Allied to my residence at a cost of $125.00. Brand new Diehard battery was totally dead. Had to be replaced at a cost of $119.00 -How all that for service and treating the customer? In all, the Allied repair cost was $880.98. But they did give me my Military discount and final cost was $800.78! I have restored many classic vehicles. So I am engine smart. I knew this was a total RIP OFF! Never again will I go to the corrupt Allied Service Center.
