      "Disappointing Experience at Don's D.I. Auto and Truck Service" I recently had my diesel truck serviced at Don's D.I. Auto and Truck Service, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. Here's why: Long Wait Time: I had to wait almost a week for my truck to be repaired. Despite their initial assurance of a timely repair, the delay was frustrating and inconvenient. Failure to Use Original Parts: The service center guaranteed the use of original parts for my diesel truck's repair, which was a significant factor in my decision to choose them. However, I later discovered that they didn't use original parts as promised, and this left me feeling deceived. Lack of Transparency: Throughout the repair process, there was a notable lack of transparency. I wasn't provided with clear updates or explanations for the delays or the deviation from the use of original parts. Ineffective Communication: Communication with the staff was often unresponsive, and I found it challenging to get updates or answers to my questions, which only added to my frustration. Inadequate Repairs: To make matters worse, after the prolonged wait and the use of non-original parts, my truck still experienced issues, indicating that the repair may not have been completed effectively. I'm very disapointed I will be sicking Legal advice

      Scam had to tow my car back home after paying 1300 for it sound worse than it did they took parts out of my car had them hidden in there shop and when I asked them about them they said oh sorry here they are. Paul was very rude and disrespectful over charged me and used my parts and still charged me extra.

      I took my 2010 Mercedes Diesel GL350 into Don's with smoke coming from the exhaust and a check engine light that came on. Initially, after looking at the vehicle (about 2 weeks later) Paul the Service Rep told me that the problem was that someone had put regular fuel in the tank and not diesel fuel. He said that the tank would have to come down, emptied and have the fuel replaced. I authorized that and was told that it wasn't the problem. Now it was that the diesel fuel wasn't lubricating the internal parts of the engine and the turbo was bad. After a few months the turbo was changed and it didn't fix the problem. I was then told that the seal behind the turbo dried out and caused oil to leak into the particulate filter and the filter needed to be changed. I decided to pick the truck up and had it towed elsewhere. The inspection at the other service provider mentioned that the turbo was bad, among other things. I towed the vehicle back to Paul to have the turbo replaced since I paid for a new turbo and it should be under warranty. He said to get the warranty repair started he would have to do other work before it could be approved. He also said that he could possibly get the particulate filter cleaned and save me some money, but if that didn't work he would use that money to go toward a new particulate filter. Months later, he told me that the filter couldn't be cleaned and it would have to be changed. I told him to change the filter and to this point the turbo had still not been changed. A few months later, I was told that the car was complete and that it was ready to be picked up. Paul sent me a invoice to sign that had 3 additional parts that were supposedly replaced that I didn't authorize. When confronted about those extras, he said that they weren't extras and that they were for items that additionally may need to be changed. I asked him why were they on the invoice and couldn't get a good answer.
