Took our vehicle to Tire Works at 1280 E Silverado Ranch. Please be cautious with this location !! We will NEVER return !! Reason to go was to do an oil change, we were called later & told front rotors & brake pads need to be replaced. We were quoted $781 for everything, so we approved the work. We picked up the vehicle & in less than 1hr a knocking noise could be heard from the front on the driver's side. We called the service advisor-Chris, he told us to bring the car back but we were enroute to our destination & returned the next morning. After inspection we were told the brake pads installed were fractions of an inch off which caused the movement. Tire Works ordered new pads & installed. We picked up the vehicle and again just about 1hr later heard the knocking sound in the front. We called Chris again & attempted to return because the issue was NOT corrected. We were then told that it appears our option now is to go with OEM parts, we could order them on our own and bring them back to their shop for installation. We were not given this option, given side by side comparisons or pros & cons of choosing OEM parts to aftermarket parts before we moved forward. What about the service we've already paid for ? We've paid for a service that has not been corrected!! We called the dealer directly and was quoted $1K for the brake pads. Again, what about the service I've already paid for? I would literally be having to pay for things twice. We even went directly to the dealer to have my car checked, upon inspection the Certified Mechanic at the dealer notes on the report that the part installed are incorrect. It appears that based on other reviews Tire Works will not take an accountability on their expensive mishaps.

Took my Camaro to Tire Works at 4700 W Craig Rd. I received an estimate for $5600 for the replacement of engine mounts/spark plugs/shocks/struts/suspension/transmission fluid/tune up/oil change/labor. TW assured me that they were doing all this to make the car “run like new.” I wanted the car to be in the safest running condition because I bought it for my 19yr old. TW persuaded me into accepting all the repairs indicating that it would be more expensive if I did them separately due to labor. Within the first few miles of driving off, the car prompted a “low oil pressure shut off immediately” message. Returned car to TW and now was told car has a bad oil pressure switch that needed to be replaced costing an additional $494. Left again and got another check engine light. Returned to TW again and spoke with Mgr David Angel who advised my son to purchase a new intake filter at O’Reilly’s. Really, after we just spent $6000+. The car also has an oil leak. Asst Mgr Tara said it was due to residual oil from the oil filter change but the oil leak never stopped. Decided to look under the car and hood, found loose oil filter which was causing oil leak, loose spark plugs, loose air intake (once tightened check engine light went off) and mismatched nuts and bolts on the “new” struts and motor mounts. Returned to TW to point out the issues, I was accused of “sabotaging” my car. David asked his mechanic why the nuts & bolts did not match, he said that one of the struts broke and he had to get a new strut, still did not explain why a motor mount bolt was on the strut. David said the car might have defective struts and asked me to bring my car back for an inspection. We will NOT be returning to Tire Works due to continuous deception, poor quality on repairs and the lack of confidence that I have in their ability in performance. At no point was there any accountability from Tire Works for their lack of service, nor was there any apology for the multiple oversights in the repairs.

I went to the Centennial location to get my factory tires replaced. I told him at the time of purchase that I was getting some aftermarket rims, which would be the same size as my factory wheels (20inch). A couple of months later, I purchased the aftermarket rims (Lexani's). I told the manager which stated he would put them on no charge which I appreciated. The problem was that they had an inexperienced tech install my rims on my expensive car. 1ST ISSUE: I gave the installer (I think his name is Ernesto) the wheels, the new thinner wheel locks that I purchased.(from Rim Shop) & explained to him which wheels go on the front/back. My wheels are staggered. He put my original FAT WHEEL LOCKS BACK ON MY CAR WHICH SCRATCHED THE BORE OF WHERE THE LUG NUTS GO! I had him take those off and put the correct locks on. 2ND ISSUE: They rebalanced my tires multiple times & put the weights on the front part of my rim which peeled off the paint when the removed it and put them in the correct area in the back of the rim. 3RD ISSUE: Took my car to get centric ring caps put on as to help kill the vibration. I took it to *** **** for them to install, and they discovered that (Ernesto) stripped 2 of the lug nuts while installing my rims. The worst part, is that he damaged my wheel hubs which cost over $1g to get replaced. BMW. 4TH ISSUE: I called corporate and the regional manager, disregarded my ticket and told the CSR who was handling my case to close my ticket and that he was not taking any of my calls. I never got the chance to even talk to him. I reopened the ticket and asked to speak to the regionals manager's boss. The Director didn't make no effort to fix the issues. All he said was that he'll have an internal discussion with his team. They treated me like I was lying about the situation when *** **** even agreed of how the damage occurred. Final Thought: PLEASE!!! do not go to them for any business, because they will not take accountability for their expensive mishaps.

After my car died I had it towed to the nearest repair shop, Tire Works on Blue Diamond. AAA said the vehicle needed a new alternator. Tire Works first told me the battery needed to be replaced because AAA jumped the battery backwards causing a chip in the post. AAA never jumped it, they only tested it. I should have seen the warning signs then. They replace the battery so they can start the vehicle to re-park it frontwards in the bay. Starting it causes the old alternator to burn up and start smoking. Four hours later and $1000 spent I drive away with a new battery and new alternator but as Im driving the battery light comes on. The alternator has a 5 year warranty so back I go. Im told the new alternator is bad and needs to be replaced. Two hours later Im told the alternator was replaced 2 more times and I need a $1000 power train control module. A computer module that will take 10 days for the shop to get. They tell me that if they cut and cap the ground wire I can drive the vehicle. I have the vehicle towed to the dealer for service. The dealer finds that ground wire cut and exposed, they never capped off the wire. In addition they find the plastic electrical wiring harness to the alternator is melted and somehow forced into the alternator. Myself and the dealer are convinced the plastic electrical connections melted when they first turned on my vehicle and the old alternator started smoking. Instead of replacing this piece when they replaced the alternator they tried to make it fit. Once the dealer repaired the ground wire and repaired and replaced the electrical harness the vehicle runs great. Myself and the dealer also dont believe tire works replaced the failed new alternator 2 more times as they claim and tried to have me pay $1000 for additional parts I didnt need.

4700 W Craig rd, n Las Vegas, NV 89031 - VERY BAD SERVICE AND WASTE OF TIME

On 8/30 I walked in this shop at 9am. I asked to have my brakes done. The agent then asked if I needed rotors. i advised her that i was just at the dealership and was advised the the rotors are good and do not need to be turned. I asked her how long would my vehicle take. She said 1 1/2 hr. So i said ok lets do it. She then called me at 9:30 and said I needed rotors, I called the dealership back and they advised me that the rotors were good and assured me of that, but I told her to go ahead and do the brakes and rotos bcs I had a meeting at 1:30. She assured me that my car woiuld be ready in an hr & a half. I did not call the shop bcs I was literally next door the whole time. So i called her at 12 and she told me that the car was not ready bcs they ordered the wrong rotors. I told her tht I needed my car by 1 bcs of the meeting and she said it would be ready by 1. So I go up there at 1 ASSUMING that mt car was ready. I get there asnd the rep saids they just got ther rotors and tht she was just advised that they recieved the wrong brake pads aso they would have to reorder them. I was revid! I advised her to but everything back on my vehicle and she does not have to worry about me ever coming bck here again. I also advised her that I had to reschedule my meeting with a very important client and that it does not look good for me with doing that with this important client!
I also, went to another sho and they said the rotors just needed little resurfacing and they they did not need to be replaced right now with a car only having 30,000 miles on it.

Worst tire shop in town. They did wrong alignment and after when I ask to fix it takes 3 days. They are not busy and they don't want to work. Technician comes to work with wife and 3 years ald daughter who played in the shop with dangerous tools. Looks like this is money laundry business. Needs attention. Some times workers doing job with cash, with no receipt.

They are a rip off gang!
I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS if that were an option!!
It is MY contention that they saw my 84 yr old mother come in because her AC stopped COOLING.... I believe that they could tell that she didn't know better, about what truly needs repair so they charged her over $3000 to replace the WHOLE AC SYSTEM!! REALLY?? I literally just had my AC repaired and it cost me $500 to replace a condenser... which is probably all she needed.
Well, to add insult to injury, they wouldn't give her her car back unless she applied for a lease agreement for the parts they just installed.... This leasing company also added another $2900plus in fees and charges to her account with a monthly payment of over $548 a month....not to mention the high interest rate on that as well.... so now she owes OVER $6000 for something that DIDN'T NEED TO BE THIS EXPENSIVE!
Did I mention that she's an 84 yr old senior citizen... ON A FIXED INCOME that is less than the initial $3000 repair bill! If she were to make this payment (just so that she could have her car to get to her doctors, grocery store, etc.) she wouldn't be able to buy food or gas or HER PRESCRIPTIONS and let's not forget her monthly utility bills - electric, water, etc.!
HOW IS THAT RIGHT???? They gouged her on a repair that was probably MORE than what was needed and now she is under extreme duress because she doesn't have the money to pay this bill and she is living in fear that they're going to come and take her car from her if she doesn't make those outrageous payments! It's criminal at the very least, what they did to this woman!! CRIMINALS that's what they are here!!!
