I purchased a battery for my motorcycle. It was defective and returned to the store in hopes of charging. I never received a call and when I followed up on it, JB store manager told me it was defective and that they shoulda been recalled. Upon further discussion they are backordered. Warranty states comparable exchange however a lead acid battery is not the same. I asked him to clarify if its backordered or recalled because store manager ******* and I needed clarification he became upset and told me no exchange, no refund. Unacceptable. they have my battery, I didn't receive one of comparable value and spent over $200. Left me with no choice but to see if BBB can step in and help out being non accredited I believe.His demeanor is quite unacceptable and I do not wish to deal with that location or store manager. However would like my refund in full.Initial Complaint

I went to get my ****** battery replaced. I was not told that they are not an authorized ***** repair shop and they do not tell you that they will put in an off brand battery and that this battery will not work properly in your phone and that your phone will not have its full functionality. They do not tell you any of this until you pick up your phone.Business response
