      Terrible service/ unprofessional and untrained stylists.. spent $300 and an additional $100 on products at this establishment.. walked out with orange/brass toned hair, nothing close to what I wanted.

      Another stylist attempted to fix it by just toning out the orange, these people are very defensive when you question their ability to do their job correctly and efficiently... After speaking out about my experience and leaving a yelp review the owner told me I would no longer received a refund and that he didn't care about my hair or how I was treated..

      The owner is disrespectful/arrogant and plain rude..

      She hair did not cost 300, she spent 240, so that alone show that this person I a lier. The amount she spent on product, at her own choosing was $80 not $100. Her hair was not brassy but blonde and she loved it when she left. No one was defensive. I never said I didn't care about her hair, I said she was not getting a refund because, 1 she lied in her review, this one and the one online and 2 bashed our salon even after I told her our manger will discuss with the stylist and get back with her. I don't need to refund anything and I'm surely not going to refund someone that continued to bash my salon. I personally think this person is mentally disturbed. She called and yelled at a number of our front desk personnel how have nothing to do with the situation but tried their best to help her anyway. She also continued to harass me via Yelp messenger and the stylist that did her hair on IG.

      I did pay $320, the salon took an $85 deposit before I came in to get my hair done and then I was charged $240.. I think the owner saying I'm mentally disturbed and a liar showcases just how intense the owner is about bad services. I have pictures and so do they of my orange/brassy NOT BLONDE hair. And I did infact buy $100 worth of product, I bought a lotion, a hair protector, two shampoos and two conditioners equalling more then $100 actually.. maybe the owner can't do simple math? The owner clearly wants to keep their reputation up to par but as you can see under their yelp I'm not the only one who this has happened too and that in itself speaks volumes, I think the owner has alot to learn and projects onto clients. I warned others via Yelp and IG to not go to this business. It's clear the owner and the stylist are not seasoned professionals. To the owner: Do better and Be better. Get therapy.
