    I have gone to VJazzy (Owner: Capri Wellness, LLC) a couple of times for services and even brought my daughter there for a facial. I had no complaints. The last time I was there a few months after they reopened during COVID. Afterward that facial appointment I bought additional services in which I went on a payment plan to pay for those services I wanted after speaking to them about what they offer and things I thought I would like. In December 2021, I called to schedule an appointment to start using the services I had paid for but I had to cancel the treatment. I then went in this year for a consult with the "manager" who sat down with me. We went over some things and I mentioned how I had paid for items that was planned previously so I had a credit to use. She really wasn't helpful during my consultation which made me not feel good about myself really. Maybe because I really don't know what to do but I just wanted to feel better about myself. Anyway, it ended with her planning to look at my credit dollar amount and to text me. I never heard from her but I did call them about 2-3 weeks later and she was busy but I was told that she would contact me. Since no one could speak to me at that moment or even telling me that she would relay my message to the person above the manager, so I told the girl that I just want my money back.
    I am a person that really doesn't complain or mention anything bad about services of any kind. I still think this company is good for what they offer and so forth but I do not feel good about spending my money there any more and I just want all of the money I paid for services that never happened returned to me.

    VJazzy Wellness did reach out to Ms. **** & got a voicemail. In turn we left a message for a call back. We did let Ms. **** know she did indeed have a credit & she could call to schedule her services.

    Further, our policy is that all sales are final and non-refundable. These amounts are or can be applied to different services. We have done this for many clients. Ms. **** is no exception. She is free to call and book her services with the credit she has remaining on her account.

    As for the manager, not in quotations as that is disrespectful, she was simply doing her job in assessing the client. We are sorry of Ms. **** does not feel good about herself, thus, the reason she came to VJazzy Wellness in the first place. We treat all of our clients with dignity & respect, especially in consults.

    I truly did not mean to offend anyone regarding my quotes around the word manager in my correspondence. I just did not realize that she was the manager or if I was just told that since I had asked to speak to one. It is mentioned that a person called me so if someone called then I had not gotten any messages or even a text regarding this issue. It wouldn't make sense to say I had not received a call if One was received or even a message. I did business there a few weeks after they reopened during COVID. Following my facial, we discussed potential services and established a payment plan to cover for possible services I was interested in doing. Even though times were tough for everyone in Nevada in 2021, I continued to pay for those potential services, but I no longer want any services from VJazzy. I'm requesting a full refund of my money paid for services not rendered.

    Ms. **** is able to come in and use her credit on services. She was explained that in her consultation, as well as on the phone when we explained we will have to assess the account to see how much of a credit she has. Again, all sales are final and there are no refunds, this is our company policy. Again, she can call to schedule her appointment to continue the services she was on a financial contract with us. To reiterate, we will not be giving any refund, as this is company policy. Ms. **** is welcome to come in to finish her services. All she has to do is call to schedule. At this time I am concluding this as a concluded issue.
