I paid for cellulite treatment to smooth out my legs. I was told that 6 sessions were required to see a result. I received my before and after pictures and asked the manager to call because my before and after thr after looks worse then when I started. Her answer was we don't give refunds you gained weight and that's why you don't see results. How can you say someone gained weight when you didn't weigh me at the beginning middle or end? It was a total scam 899.00 6 very painful sessions and zero results with no responsibility from the manager to resolve. Review the pictures below showing the dark gray sweater was the first day before treatment the pink was after 6 weeks of treatment. Scam!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/08) */ Client came in for cellulite reduction treatment. She purchased a package of six sessions. All six sessions were rendered to the client. She came to each visit for her treatments & did not raise any issue until her pictures were sent to her. Client does have cellulite reduction on the back of her legs as indicted in her pictures that were provided to the client. Further, it is company policy that we do not give refunds, all sales are final as is posted in our spa. Also, the client signed her consent form that indicates there are no guarantee can be given as to the final result obtained. No refund will be given, as all services were provided.Initial Complaint

Last month, I obtained service price from Vjazzy (Owner: Capri Wellness, LLC). On Sept 21, another employee told me that she wouldn't have given me a discount. On Sept 28, the same employee gave a different price. On Oct 12, the employee insisted that they don't give such discount and instantly restated a different raised price. In disbelief with voice raised, I reminded the employee that she told me I should not have received a discount, raised the broken-out amount for a raised price, and accused me of not paying during my first appointment. The employee raised her voice and hand towards my face...when heading back for service, she followed me while talking at me, antagonizing me, and threatening to cancel my appointment (these can be seen on camera). Service took about 45 mins instead of 60 mins. I brought this to an employee attention. I asked to be measured for the service of losing inches, the employee refused to measure me. On Oct 14, I attempted to have management resolve.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/19) */ Mr. O** was 30-40 minutes late for his appointment on Oct 12, 2021. Mr. O** was upset when we asked for payment up front before his treatment. Mr. O** did cancel his appointment on October 22, 2021 which his service was not paid in advance. Mr. O** has received his service for what he has paid for. He did not finish is treatment plan. A voice message was left for Mr. O** on October 15, 2021 at 8:46am with no call back. We do not measure customers in the middle of treatment. He would have received pictures and measurements once he finished his treatments. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) In Sept, when I obtained service price from Vjazzy Wellness, the employee wrote on a document and conveyed to me the price that I will receive and that it is a discount for military/veteran status. The employee never gave me a copy of the document. When I began my appointments, another employee objected to the price. In addition to other forms of evidence, some/most of my experience outlined in my complaint were witnessed by someone else. At one point, two other employees were present when the employee that objected to the price accused me of not paying for service. On Oct 12, I called the company at 2:05pm for a 3pm arrival instead of 2:30pm (see attachment 1-Phone Record), I was told to come then. I made payment before service; I had no complaint for that. After a) raising the broken-out amounts for a raised/different price (seems like a scheme) (see attachment 2- BBB Sept 2, 2021 Complaint against the company by another consumer with some similar experience), b) accusing me of not paying for the first service, c) engaging me in an offensive manner, d) antagonizing me, e) threatening to cancel my appointment, f) refusing to measure me after multiple appointments, in order to ascertain service outcome (the company advertised that results are immediate, seems/potentially misleading, other evidence exists)(see attachment 3-Advertisement), and g) giving me a service of about 45 minutes total (after telling me to come in at 3pm) for over one area of the abdomen (the company advertised average of 1 hour per area) (see attachment 3-Advertisement, seems like a fraud), the employees went on to not properly address the issues. Then on Oct 14, I asked to speak with the manager to address my experience, thus no need for another potential fraudulent service. The manager called me the next day and left a voice message asking me to speak with an employee when I do call back as she is leaving. The business' response to my complaint appears to potentially add to shedding light to some of its business practices and approaches. I hereby ask Vjazzy Wellness/Capri Wellness, LLC to stop any potential libel against me. No consumers should have to go through these types of experiences at the hand of this company. I intend to explore other avenues if this matter is not properly addressed through this one. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2021/11/08) */ Our position remains the same and nothing as changed. We consider this closed. We wish Mr. O** the best in his journey. Consumer Response /* (3000, 22, 2021/11/10) */ ***Document Attached*** Capri Wellness LLC/Vjazzy Wellness responses to this matter appears consistent with its concerning business practices. Also, it is my estimation that the business posted my personal identifying information (in violation of BBB's terms and a privacy rights concern) not merely for any good purposes. Address accordingly, including by redacting my personal identifying information. Capri Wellness LLC, owner of/doing business as Vjazzy Wellness, is in default with its NV entity registration. It appears the company lacks a state license/authority to conduct business. Per NRS 86.276, it seems that the company has forfeited its right to conduct business in NV until it is reinstated. Vjazzy Wellness is not a registered entity with the state, but does operate under Capri Wellness LLC. As a result of Capri Wellness LLC's default and lack of license, Vjazzy Wellness license that you displayed on your website appears to be invalid for conducting business in NV per the default and pending entity reinstatement. Address the company's status accordingly on your website for consumer awareness. See attached. Business Response /* (4000, 24, 2021/11/11) */ We stand by our position. Our company is fully licensed & current. At this point this is a form of harassment from Mr. O* and demand a cease and desist from him.
