I purchased two bikes that totaled the amount of 746.86 back on 9/8/2020 I never received the bike I had reached out to the company and was advised due to the bike boom there was a delay on **** parts I continued to reach out and received updates, I have reschedule out before this and have received no update on the bikes I had ordered I did send a notification to the company for a refund and have not received a response This company steals your money, I would like to warn people not to purchase any product from this company and want a refundInitial Complaint

I pre ordered a bike in august of 2021 with WAR BIKES through a company called ****** I couldn't afford it all at once and then with COVID this was a big sacrifice for me and I wanted it for work so I paid some and they paid the rest and I made payments I got no conformation form WAR BIKES that I had brought said bike nothing from them but the ****** loan went through and I made my payments and paid them off so I read on the WAR BIKES website I would receive the bike by December of 2020 I didn't say anything due to COVID I waited till December came no bike I went through Contact us ******** ********* etc I called all there contact numbers and emailed finally someone responded in December they confirmed I brought a bike finally and that I would get an update in January 2022 no worries January came and went no response so I went through ****** see what they could do filed a complaint sent the emails I had just got word I am out of the timeline for refunds that they can help me with on their part got the email and spoke with them today so they cannot help me either you are my last hope any help will do Thank you and have a nice dayInitial Complaint

Placed an online order on August 23, 2020 for two Bikes. Received email stating my order was complete on Oct 3, 2020 and I was shipped only one of the two bikes. I was concerned when the email stated that my order was complete and I attempted to reach out to customer service. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this company and I sent several emails, called and left numerous voicemails. I do not know the date, but I did receive a call back assuring me that my bike would be shipped. Today is March 23, 2023 and I have not received the rest of my order or any response to my attempts to contact them.Initial Complaint

On July 27,2020, we purchased 2 bikes from WAR bikes. We received 1 bike around Sept/Oct of 2020. We received an email that the 2nd bike would be delayed by a few months due to COVID related issues. A few months later (Jan 2021) ,we received another email from the company stating they should be able to get all the backordered bikes out by the upcoming 2021 holiday season. No bike has been delivered yet. I've sent several emails, used their contact us form on their website as well as leaving voice mail messages. My husband and I have not received any responses to these emails or voice mail. At this point,we'd like a refund on our purchase. Please advise us on what our next step should be. Thank you.
