***BUYERS BEWARE***VERY OVERPRICED AND NO RETURNS**** DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE ME****After shopping all day for a maid of honor dress for my daughter to no avail, tired and hungry with 2 toddlers we came across this dress shop on the drive home. After scouring through the racks we found a few dresses that although not so great looking she tried on because the wedding is close and we were getting desperate. After being told to try them on in their dirty bathroom, my daughter ended up liking one that was a little big for her, size meduim. The cashier informed us that she had a size small on the mannequin and she took it off the mannequin for my daughter, it was a little dirty along the bottom but i figured we could have it drycleaned before the wedding. Now me knowing a little about dresses since my mother in law is a retired seamstress, i figured ok this one is prob about $60. Getting to the register they had some swap meet style jewlery so i asked my daughter shall we get one in case we cant find anything else. So the cashier rang up the dress and the necklace set and it came out to $250!!! I knew i could get the necklace set for about 5ish dollars at the swapmeet so i decided to put the necklace back. Now against my better judgment, i bought the dress because like i said we were getting desperate and the website said there were 30 day returns with unworn items. The cashier then rolled up the dress into a ball and threw it into a shopping bag like they do at Ross, no garnment bag, no nothing. I was given the small receipt that the card readers give. Getting home my daughter tried on the dress for my mother in law and she said "What that is not a 200 dress it looks like something for a sunday brunch! The liner doesnt even go down the length of the dress and is very poorly made and its dirty. What were you thinking." I was thinking that the wedding is close, no one carries her small size, and its too late to have anything ordered, like i said before we were getting desperate! Long story short i tried taking the dress back during business hours and not only were they closed but when i called the store i got a text back saying im sorry but i can't talk right now. When I texted back asking when the store would reopen because i had a return, they rudely responded with there are no returns all sales are final and proceeded to argue with me over text going as far as sending me a picture of their receipts with the policy written on them and highlighted in yellow, which i did not receive. LADIES AND GENTS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I am now stuck with this cheap looking dress i spent $205 on, maybe my daughter can wear it to Sunday brunch!!
