I purchased 12 bulbs (BR30 45 Watt Flood). The package arrived with a broken bulb. Their website states they will refund or replace any damaged products. I contacted the company several times by phone (left VM msg) and email. No response from the company.Customer response

Made Purchase on 3/17/23 Was charged $162.55 Shipment was never delivered and returned to sender. Charges were never removed. Emailed and Called with NO RESPONSE now for 2 Months as no one answers the phones. All I want is the items that I paid for OR a refund. That is it. This company does not answer emails or phone calls. I have also left 4 voicemails in their mailbox with no returned calls.
