The only person I ever talked to was a lady named ******. I still have all my paper work and can send it to anyone who can help. All I want is my $5000 dollars back. We were invited to a Time Share release seminar at which time we paid $5,995.00 for Vanguard and Associates to get ** out of our Time Share. The contract say that if they were unable to do so we would get all of our money back. We have attempted multiples times to reach the company with no return calls and or e-mails. We even contacted ********************* (the gentlemen who took our check and signed the papers). His cell number was ************. He said he no longer works for the company and said he couldn't help. I called him several times but he changed his number.

I retired from ****** and have a 401. A letter from the ATI stated my account was taken over by Vanguard. I recently received a letter from Vanguard stating that my plan ID address had been updated, but the former address was not any where I have ever lived. I tried the website but they said they could not find the account even with the plan number provided on the letter. I then tried calling and answered all their questions correctly and they still could not locate my account. All of the questions came from an automated system and I was unable to talk to a real person, I even tried to contact them through **, but couldn't. This makes me feel like I have been scammed. Can you please help?

My father and I own a time share in Kissimmee Fl. He received an invitation to go to a hotel for a dinner and meeting to inform us to "get rid" of it. My dad also has another one in Branson, MO as well. After sitting through this 2 hr presentation my father wanted to proceed. he gave them his credit card for them to process their "fee" $8,000.00 the documents were filled out right away (May 31, 2019) and federal expressed back to them. I tried calling multiple times with no return call. Then finally the phone was disconnected and the email no longer valid. They not only have all of both of our personal information but a big chunk of money as well.

I now understand that they are no longer in business but they never contacted me in any way to let me know what happened with my contract and they have not returned my money as described in the contract.

My parents signed up with a **** Resorts timeshare in 2013. They used the resorts for a number of years, but then decided to get rid of it. They contracted with Vanguard and Associates in 2018, but this has not been resolved. I am now Trustee and Power of Attorney for their affairs, and I am trying to find out the status of the claim or ownership of the timeshare. I cannot get any information from Welk, and the number I have for Vanguard and Assoc. is no longer in service.
