This past summer I purchased a membership that was access to a portal to allow me to see information. However, from the get go we had problems logging in. I was patient with: ********************* Senior Business Specialist as I didn't get my log in to work about a month after the purchase. I though everything was fine until I tried to log back in and couldn't. That's when I started to get frustrated because this was now the second time and it was taking up too much of my time emailing, calling, leaving messages, ect.. Just to get my access to work.
