This past summer I purchased a membership that was access to a portal to allow me to see information. However, from the get go we had problems logging in. I was patient with: ********************* Senior Business Specialist as I didn't get my log in to work about a month after the purchase. I though everything was fine until I tried to log back in and couldn't. That's when I started to get frustrated because this was now the second time and it was taking up too much of my time emailing, calling, leaving messages, ect.. Just to get my access to work. The last communication was this on Sep 14, 2022, 11:08 AM (13 days ago)Hello Mr. *************** I understand where youre coming from, I know its frustrating to pay for something that is not working. Please know that its important to us that our customers are happy, and satisfied with the service they got from us, so this issue has been escalated and fixed by our Senior IT. I contracted this company for services , I paid half up.frpmt of 2000.00 the company was unable to perform the desired work. I was refunded after a deduction of over half of my deposit. This company deliberately reported to the credit bureaus inaccurate information. Specifically a 4100.00 balance without listing the payment made at the same time to my net 30 account this has caused derogatory affects to my business credit. The issue is I contacted the company In Regards to the reporting in accuracy in March of 2022 and to date the information is still inaccurate causing my business credit to be severely affected.
