********************* and ********************* have established a partnership business under the names of Bio-Clean carpet cleaning and RLMA services. They state that they will train and assist you in starting a carpet cleaning business. I submitted payment to their business and did not receive the proper training or service that was agreed to.Two services that were promised were the Carpet cleaning instruction/ride along. The second service that was to be provided was for the writing of a business plan. The ride along invoice was dated May 2, 2023. This was for $1500.00. The business plan invoice was dated May 18, 2023. That amount was for $259.00 The training for the ride along was incomplete and inadequate and ***** the owner of Bio-Clean made an excuse to leave early without proper instruction of the equipment or chemicals. He stated that we would do that at a later date.His wife ***** agreed to provide me with a written business plan. Finally after many attempts to first receive an example of a business plan I was sent a PDF of an instructional booklet on writing a business plan and afterward received a poorly written rough draft of the business plan. ***** stated that she would have the completed plan done on the 3rd of June, 2023. ***** contacted me on the 2nd of June stating that ***** had an issue with her computer and the written plan would be delayed again. I sent a text and made a phone call to ***** and never received a response. ***** then calls me back and attempts to engage me in an argument with swearing and warnings. He then told me that they will provide me with the written plan when they decide and not when I request to have it completed. He then hung the phone up. I am requesting a full refund for services not complete for the total amount which includes $459.00 for the coaching. The total fees paid were $2,218.00 Consumers should be warned of this company and there needs to be an investigation of their practices.
