WOW is all I have to say. I have blacklisted so many domains these people use I can't even tell you a number. We receive so many spam emails almost hourly from them and no matter how many domains you block they just create another one. It is an absolute scammers tactic. They buy email lists and just spam spam spam until they get some poor unfortunate person willing to give into their scam.

Wow! This company should know better than I did dealing with them. Is this how we are doing business now? Shut them down!

Very poor experience. This company has questionable ethics, trying to change contract terms mid-stream, recommending that you knowingly lie on a questionnaire, and then trying to position themselves as going "above and beyond" as they fail to either deliver or even communicate regarding a promised refund. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with them. If you're already doing business with them and having issues, treat them like a zit - squeeze them until their heads explode!

My wife and I enjoyed the room we had at Bally’s in May 2022. We attended the travel presentation which was very benign and informative We received airfare for two and an eight day seven night condo stay as a bonus along with dinner at pampas Brazilian Grill and some slot play We paid $399 which when we tried to book those same dates ourselves came out to around $850 for the Friday night Saturday night and Sunday night so great value without all the bonuses just for attending the presentation

I knew better. When it’s too good to be true. Shame on them. They gave me a contact number, and I phoned it as soon as we were off the phone. No business name announced when the automated service answered with a recording about connecting to a supervisor. Then it prompted that no one was available and for me to leave a voice mail. I did. No reply. Called a second time. Exact same thing. They promised an email immediately. Never got one. I reported to my credit card company. It is not yet resolved. The company promised a full refund if I called within 3 days but no one is answering so I guess more of the scam.

i too was told what a great deal this was. i tried using it the next day and was told no strip hotels were available unless i paid a huge extra fee. i called right away and cancelled as well as emailed. they took the main fee away and still charged me the transaction fee. almost a month later they charged my credit card for the whole package again. im in the middle of a transaction dispute with my bank now but am going to change this to a fraudulant charge as i never approved the second charge. stay far away from this business. i would give them a negative 5 if possible.

************** initiated a chargeback with his credit card company and received all his funds back. He had cancelled within his recession, and this was a clerical error on our part which we sincerely apologize for and did not respond to the dispute that was initiated or in other words accepted it so ************** received his funds back. We hope this resolves the issue and again we apologize to ************** for any inconvenience.

Last year I was sold a vacation package by phone for $360. For attending a travel show in Las Vegas, I was to receive the following: 3 night hotel room Dining for 2 at Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse 2 complimentary show tickets $200 dining card As a "bonus" for attending the travel sales presentation, I would receive the following: 7 night resort stay (over 3500 locations) Set of 2 round trip airline tickets for use within the domestic US After attending the travel show presentation, the hotel room (except for upgrade and resort fees) was paid for. We were presented with a $50 credit at Pampas, and dinner was $56.99 per person, plus tax and beverage. The meal, which was supposed to be paid for, costs me $90. The two complimentary show tickets was for one free ticket with the purchase of another of equal or greater value. This is not complimentary tickets, it's called BOGO (buy one, get one free). The show that we attended, which was to be complimentary costs $112. The Dining Cards were from Restaurant.com, which can typically be purchased at extreme discounts and is only valid at a minimum number of restaurants that I would typically not patronage. Finally, the 7 nights at a luxury resort offer and the free airfare offer were anything but "free". The literature given explains that "taxes and fees" must be paid. To receive the airline tickets, the fees are $50 for activation and $199 per person. Additionally, there are a limited number of airports that are included for both departure and destination. In conclusion, their sales tactics are very misleading and deceptive, or even outright lies. I have spent weeks speaking with the company representative, wrote emails (which mostly went unanswered), and gave them a chance to help make things right, with no success. Stay away from this company and their deceptive tactics!

I got a call with promise of a stay in Vegas and other free trip with flights etc etc as other complainants have stated
I never heard from them or got emails
So I put a dispute with American Express
AMEX then sent me info that dispute was closed as B2B has send them info about how they send me email etc etc
They send an attachment which I nor AMEX rep could open except for the picture of some document with my info on it
      Amex charged me back
I knew I was scammed as I never had any communication and calling them means getting same message that person is on another call
I was also disappointed with AMEX for helping fund the fraudsters instead of there customer and am considering getting rid of that card
I just decided to absorb the loss instead of having to deal any more with these scamstars
I am happy that I didn't end up in Vegas after reading the harrowing experience of some of the other folks
All those who put good reviews are probably friends family or other colleagues or else why would anybody go to BBB to report what a great time they had
Usually people go to BBB with complaints
