      One of our worst experiences with a merchant. Customer service is severely lacking. Product quality control is non-existent.
      We placed an order for almost $5,000.00 on February 5th, 2022. We were told delivery would be in about 4 weeks. On Thursday, April 21, I called to ask for them to be delivered. The woman who answered the phone said our saleswoman had stepped out and she would have her call me back. I called again on April 22nd, the same woman told me the same thing. I called again on April 25. This time the woman said she could not take delivery instructions from me because the order was in my wife's name. When my wife finally go hold of a salesperson on April 27, she was told they'd need to determine the status of the order and called her back. After repeated calls, the manager/owner admitted that they had not ordered the cabinets until that week. He said they would put a rush on them and they should be delivered the week of May 30th.
      After several calls starting May 31st, the delivery date was set for June 8th. Then then re-scheduled for Friday the 10th. My wife called about 2PM on the 10th and asked about the delivery. The woman who answered the phone told my wife that there couldn't be a delivery scheduled because the cabinets were not finished yet. When my wife asked to speak to the manger, the woman said my wife was a ******* liar and hung up on her. My wife called again on Monday the 13th and talked to the manager who admitted the cabinets were not ready but promised them on the 17th. At this point our builder had to stop work because they had reached a point were nothing more could be done without the cabinets.
      The cabinets were delivered on the 17th. My wife had to practically force the delivery crew to help her unwrap the cabinets. When she got them unwrapped one had a side splintered at the back. On another the drawer was installed at an angle. (See photos). She asked the delivery men to wait while she got her phone to call the manager. When she got

      We don't understand how this company has so many good reviews on other websites. They told us they could have our cabinets delivered in a week as they "had them in a warehouse and just had to pick them up." We paid them in full when they delivered what they TOLD us were ALL our cabinets, only to discover, when our installer started working, that we were missing several cabinets. Thus began an incredibly frustrating game of "find the missing cabinets" that went on for weeks. Each week they promised we would get the cabinets, then came the excuses. Truck problems. Problems at the port. (There WERE port backups, but the company told us they had all our cabinets in stock to begin with.)

      We felt like they were stringing us along. We never would have knowingly paid in full for cabinets we had not received. When they finally delivered our remaining kitchen cabinets, the laundry room cabinets we ordered were not there, and they didn't even have the measurements for them anymore. They also didn't deliver our missing trash pullout, and were missing trim pieces and handles. When our installer finally picked up what they said were all our remaining pieces, we were still missing handles. We finally purchased them online ourselves and had them shipped to our house.

      Communication was poor. Several of our email messages went unanswered, and sometimes their phone just rang and rang. We had to track them down for updates on our missing cabinets, when they should have reached out to US with regular updates. We were told via text message that because of the delays: "we value you guys as customers and offered to pay for the installation of the delayed upper cabinets." That did not happen. The installer was told by WCC that they would cover only part of the remaining install. We tried called the owner about this, but he said he was in a meeting. We paid the installer because we just wanted to be done with this company.

      If we could do it again, we'd choose a different company. If you do choose this company, get a detailed inventory of the cabinets and all the trim pieces you need and meticulously check to make sure you have every single item before handing them your money. Or just go with another company. It's not worth the frustration and stress to save a few bucks.
