My name is ************************* I have been renting out a car with buggy car rental in ******* ******* for like two months now. So on the June 7 2023 they disarmed the car because I could not make a full payment. So i called to see if I can get a payment arrangement and they denied me. So I told them they can come pick the car ** I will leave the keys in the car at the . They agreed to the transaction and I left the keys underneath the mat parked at the 7 eleven . So 20 days pass I get an attempted charge of $1000 dollars on my card . So I called Buggy Car Rental and asked why i am being charged and let them know I do not have the car in my possession. It no reason why you guys are still charging me. They continue to say on the phone I have missed three payments. I informed the guy on the phone I do not have the car and told him when I told them to come pick it up and he says the charging will stop when I pay. At this point I am outraged because am not paying for a car I do not have. He also hung ** in my face. So I called back in a couple of days and explain the situation and the person on my phone also hung ** in my face. So I tried to get in touch with the buggy rental in ***** because it said it corporate office and someone called me I told them the situation and they also hung up on me. They are currently still charging my card every week and now the amount has reached **** dollars. No one is resolving my issue. So I decided to contact better business bureau so I can get resolution.
