My name is ************************* I have been renting out a car with buggy car rental in ******* ******* for like two months now. So on the June 7 2023 they disarmed the car because I could not make a full payment. So i called to see if I can get a payment arrangement and they denied me. So I told them they can come pick the car ** I will leave the keys in the car at the . They agreed to the transaction and I left the keys underneath the mat parked at the 7 eleven . So 20 days pass I get an attempted charge of $1000 dollars on my card . So I called Buggy Car Rental and asked why i am being charged and let them know I do not have the car in my possession. It no reason why you guys are still charging me. They continue to say on the phone I have missed three payments. I informed the guy on the phone I do not have the car and told him when I told them to come pick it up and he says the charging will stop when I pay. At this point I am outraged because am not paying for a car I do not have. He also hung ** in my face. So I called back in a couple of days and explain the situation and the person on my phone also hung ** in my face. So I tried to get in touch with the buggy rental in ***** because it said it corporate office and someone called me I told them the situation and they also hung up on me. They are currently still charging my card every week and now the amount has reached **** dollars. No one is resolving my issue. So I decided to contact better business bureau so I can get resolution. First of all this is not appropriate place to complain because its Buggy Vegas & she have concerns about Buggy *******. According to her she stopped driving days ago and returned the car which is not true we are tracking our car since then and its continuously changing location. So she's neither paying rent nor returning car, according to her she owed us $1400 but now it's $2400,
She should must clear these dues ASAP, otherwise legal action could be taken against her.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: On June 7 2023 is when buggy ******* disarmed the car so i could drive it. I never said i returned the car. I spoke with buggy ******* and they agreed to get the car towed back to the ******* location. I got a call yesterday 07/14/2023 saying they never received the car and the location keeps moving but how is that possible if they disarmed the car on 06/07/2023. They claimed they cant locate the car but you said you tracking it with gps. I also yesterday gave them the address place to where they originally was suppose come pick it up from on 06/07/2023 at the 7 eleven.
