I purchased the Green Gummies Thinking it was ***** dollars for 5 bottles as the ad did not say anything different. When I looked at my account you took out ****** dollars. I immediately called. Was told that when Monday rolled around to go to my Bank, I did. They said that I could not, at the time file a fraud report. And to change my Debit card. All of this now I found out was not true because the ad did not specify ***** dollars per bottle. So, I call back when instructed to and received the information on how to return the shipment. I did the return. Than, I call back again to see when I will be receiving my money back. He tries to give the product for ****** dollars off. I said NO. Than tells me that he can only refund me ****** dollars, I went through the roof. This was totally unacceptable. So they said they can refund me ****** dollars I said OK, now just wanting the whole thing behind me. That was TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AGO. The situation is still not resolved. I have gotten every excuse in the book from these people. I have finally contacted a government agency to help with fraudgelant purchases to get my money back plus some. I received an email from your company dating February 28th, 2024 saying that they will send me an email with an e-check attached , and to allow 7 to 10 days to receive the e-check. Those days came and went. This is my final extent of my trying to get my money back. If I do not receive my e-check by Tuesday 4-9-24 I will be turning this case over to the Fraud Protection Bureau.All I want is my money back, You already have your product back.Thank you ***************************
