I brought my laptop in to be repaired and left my charger to the laptop with the employee. When i came to pick up my laptop, I was given the wrong charger. I don't make it out often to the location so I did not want to drive back out there to get my charger. I asked the company to ship my charger to me and they said they could if I paid $20. I paid the $20 and my charger never arrived. I asked for the tracking number and was never given one. After a lot of back and forth, they told me they'd deliver one to me. I told them i was moving so i would need it delivered before i moved and they said it would be delivered by then. It was never delivered so i asked them to ship me the charger to my new address in CA. I never received any response. I paid a lot of money to have the laptop fixed; it wasn't my fault that the company gave me the wrong charger, and i even paid extra money to have the charger shipped to me. I want my $20 back and i want my charger shipped to me at their cost.Business response
