My sister in law and I Went into the store just browsing , high pressured salesman duped us into getting “local “ deal of $90 for a charger case each .she also bought a headphone set . After leaving store I checked Amazon same brand $25-50. Then also charged us $3 for using a credit card. Hope he feels good cheating 2 Senior Citizen Ladies !

I stopped in to buy a cable and block for my cell phone. The salesperson wanted to make a deal for a charging case for the phone. I took the deal for $100. The same case is on Amazon for $29-40. Then another salesperson stepped in and discussed an even better deal related to purchase of headphones. The headphones were quoted at $500. I was given a test of a headphone which was amazing. It was an RLX product which was in fact $500. I was told that he and his partner had developed this product and wanted to check consumer reaction. He was able to give me such a discount because he was the owner of the company who was making these products. That was a clear lie. The salesperson said he would sell me 6 of those headphones for $100 each and give me an $500 RLX solar phone charger, all for $800. The charger is sold for $20-50 on Amazon. The salesperson took my information and told me he would submit the warranty information for the items. When I got home, 6 days later, and checked my receipt for the credit card purchase, I had been charged $900 plus tax. And only one of the headphones was an RLX. The other 5 headphones were sold by Electronics Boutique under their brand name. It was a clear bait and switch technique. When I check that company in BBB, I find a complaint from another customer that the EB headphones were poor quality. I think their sales practices are very bad and I feel cheated. I have not yet tested the headphones as they are for gifts for my grandchildren. I went to the RLX website to register my product for the warranty and find that it has not yet been registered. In fact, it could not be registered without opening the product container which was not done in the store. So overall a very bad experience. They are several Electronics Boutique stores in Las Vegas where I shopped, but this Just In Case store was selling EB products. The salesperson was a high pressure salesperson. I was duped and I believe others will be as well.
