On October 31 2022 I took my 1 year old and enrolled her, the start date was for November 1st she went during her enrollment the recipients gave me paper to fill out there was an allergy slot I ask if that was for food or medicine she said medication I then told her my baby could NOT have dairy she said she will let the kitchen no and that I will have to provide her milk which I did. The day November 1st when I picked her up she threw up I nursed her while talking to her teacher she threw up in class while driving home I noticed her not herself she then threw up and I was in traffic I couldn't pull over she keep throwing up with force she passed out I rushed her to the hospital they ran a few test and that hospital sent her to the children hospital then she was rushed to NICU where she stood for 4 days I called the office and informed them and asked them for a refund for the 3 days she didn't go. The woman who ran it before it got taken over by ******* she emailed me and admitted that it was their fault and insured me that it wouldn't happen again the next week the woman no longer worked there I called and talked to ******* and I keep getting the run around I have a lot of medical expenses and I'm getting no where they can't even give me a number to corporate I'm getting excuses on why they can't give me a number
