            Paris Hotel and Casino are FALSELY ADVERTISING on their website. Paris lists that their sportsbook is open when in fact it is actually closed. Managers at the front desk when receiving my complaint just told me to WALK down ********* and use other casino sportsbooks! Totally unacceptable. Their website is FALSELY ADVERTISING services that they do NOT PROVIDE!I wasted thousands of dollars staying at a place that did not care when confronted about their lies and upsetting guests!! I will NEVER stay at Paris again. S***** customer service, I cannot believe they told me to just walk down the street when their website STATES their sportsbook is open.
