I received a dress that indeed was a final sale dress but was advertised as a NEW dress. The item they sent was in USED condition. I sent 10 photos of all the cat fur, lint, crust, human hair, dust and sparkles. I did everything these extremely rude people demanded then they lied and said corporate would offer me some remedy. After many emails baxk and forth and sending order information to them, having to send the photos twice, having one Wench say to me in a nasty tone MAY I SPEAK NOW!!! then she disconnected the call. They didnt even offer to replace the dress with one that was NEW and doesnt need to be dry cleaned. Now I have to pay for that?!! Also they lied and said I removed the tags. They hadnt seen the photos yet I sent WITH THE **** on. I would not wear that dress because of the Tom Ford filthy dress they sent. I demand a new dress. I offered to buy a different one that cost $100 more to replace this filth they sent Tom Ford was trying to pass for a new item but as clearly seen in the photos they asked for themselves, is full of disgusting scum.
