29 November 2021, I bought a ticket to an online event. I thought I would be able to watch the event on replay as I live in England, a different time zone, work and have young children. I believe 3rd December 2021, I made the enquiry about the replay on a webform and was told there would be no replay. 4th December on hearing there would be no replay, I requested a refund. 7th December, I wrote back bringing my email to their attention. 11th December, I am told the issue has been raised to management and the decision still stands as they have a strict no refund policy.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/12/15) */ Although customer misread our T&C's related to this product, we made a one time, extreme exception and extended a replay of the event to her, even though the replay was not included in the cost of the event ticket she purchased as this was a live virtual event.
