Canceled by Merchant due to Tardiness.Details: Im by no means trying to Discredit someones time and profession maliciously, but I cant not speak on someone being unprofessional in business. I was running behind on my 12:45 appointment ***** (********) and called said merchant to let her know why. She proceeded to cancel my appointment and told me that I should be grateful she doesnt charge me for the full appointment while proceeding to charge my card for the full appointment anyway. Unprovoked, This charge comes in from an appointment where I never received any colon therapy treatment, nor stepped onsite of the office because she wouldnt take me in. Her reasoning to charge my card is because she was upset I wasnt down to spend another additional $95 to book another appointment with her, after being very unprofessional with her presentation over the phone, and also being condescending with her course of actions following up after the call.
