Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/08/08) */ To reply to the complaint from ****** ******, a previous tenant of **** ************* Dr. Las Vegas, NV ***** On 08/02/2022 - after received BBB Case# ********, my action is as follows: 1) Immediately I asked handling agent- Eleanor C**** and her team staff to bring the file to my office, and I talked to Carrie ** one of the assistants to agent Eleanor C****'s team to process the release of the Security Deposit. 2) 08/05/2022, after I reviewed the file, I called Ms. ****** to listen her complaint. She told me, due to her moved-out repairs cost are not correct, some items are not her responsibility. Ms. ****** just asking refund $500 of her $2000 security deposit and rest fund of $1500 goes to her move-out repairs. I agreed with her. 3) 08/06/2022, I issued a refund check of $500.00 and wrote Ms. ****** an email with my apology on behalf of my agency. 4) 08/08/2022, the refund check is being mailed out. My office will follow up the case until Ms. ****** receives the refund check. I am sorry about the complaint and I will discipline our office staff and agents be more professional in handling all our work to service tenants and owners. Thank you!
