All the techs are patient and clear. They have always solved my problem plus the identify malware in the computer and show me exactly what they are and where they are in the computer. They are pricey but I think they’re worth it

RUN! DON'T WALK!!!!!! from Creative Info, LLC or any of their aliases: **** Distrbution Inc., Cure and Secure, LLC, Printers, Inc.
The sister business of this group, **** Distribution, Inc. came up in a Google search for help getting our computer to recognize a new HP Printer wirelessly. By the end of the session, which included a tech taking over our computer, changing IP addresses and installing an app which allowed a subscription to ask tech questions, we paid $1,199 for a one time subscription for this service and no further payments!
We probably would have let this exorbitant payment (for not much) go, if they hadn't called three months later using the name Creative Info, LLC to tell us our computer was hacked. Another session occurred with them accessing our computer and "running" a check to find that nothing was wrong. By the end of that session, we paid another $4,182 for an upgraded subscription for internet security systems. They blew it by using the same 800 number as the **** Distribution Group and by sending an email from the "billing" department at **** Distribution. When we tried to cancel two days later, after reading these BBB reviews and seeing we had similar experiences with this nasty group, the Refund and Cancellation policies which were supposed to be available on their website were unreachable because THERE IS NO WEBSITE TO ACCESS!!! none of the links that come up under www.****************************. The www.creativeinfo.info and www.****************** are shams also. Nor does the 800 number work!!!
Had we read these complaints before we pushed the payment button, we surely would not have done so. It has been a learning experience...and we can only hope that this will cause them heartburn and prevent someone else from getting duped.Review from Rita M

This company claimed to be affiliated with canon printers. We were transferred to them after speaking with canon about our printer not working They said we had a virus and was hacked on our internet. They were very convincing. They talked us into purchasing a 3 year anti virus plan for $299.we agreed then they talked us into going on our online banking and doing bill pay.i don't think we had a virus. I want these people to stop their deceptive practices. I am disabled and they took advantage of me
