      May 17th around 3pm i went to the Rebel store on Pecos Rd to buy a bottle of water and get money off my card. The cashier told me when i'm ready to pay i can. I use my card through my phone digital wallet. I put in i wanted $40 cash. The first transaction declined. I asked do i need to retry it and the cashier told me to try again. The second time it went through and i got my money and left. When i woke up around 5am May 18th my phone notification went off showing ARCO process another $43.24 from my account. One went through May 19th. The second one is still processing from May 18th and i reach out to ARCO company multiple times and no one has resolved my issue or refunded me my money. I was charged twice. I even emailed them and they said they couldn't find this location call the 800 number. I called and left a message and still haven't received a call back. I just want my refund because i don't understand how you take another $43.24 out of my account twice. I think the first declined try again later and ended up taking the money out of my account. It reads the amount should be resolved in 7 days. It'll be a month in another week and a half that my money is still processing.

      They never emailed me back and after 30 days my money went back on my account after talking to my bank.

      On May 23, 2024 at approximately 10:30pm. I stopped at the *****REBEL gas station at ***********************************************************************************. I paid $20.48 for gas at the pump and left. On May 24, 2024 I received an alert from my phone that there was a bank account charge. When I looked at it, I saw two charges. One for $20.48 and another one immediately after for $175.35 at the exact same place. I stopped in at the **************** that same day and asked to speak to a manager. The cashier stated that the manager was in a meeting with HR on the phone. Not realistic since it was past noon. HR won't usually have meetings during lunch hours. The cashier stated that the manager, *************, was not coming out and to dispute it with my bank. That is horrible customer service and wouldn't you want to know the details of a customer being overcharged?

      11/28/23 11pm I pull up to get gas and tobacco. Theres a hand written sign on the door. This happens too much. The doors are just closed when they want for a place that advertises 24 hours. I thought after the remodel it'd be better. The sign says will open "soon". A black man with glasses and a white younger male with glasses opened the door to let the white man out and I asked 2 times "how long are you closed for". I was Ignored completely both times. I talked to the man outside louder saying "seriously youre just going to ignore me on when you open". He said maybe like 15 minutes. More time passed I knocked on the window to the black gentleman which he yelled "we're closed" I said "I know but for how long?". Even louder I asked "5 or 10 minutes" he said 5. I stood out there for another 15 minutes without him saying anything to me. I knocked on the door again and said you said 5 minutes he said "I said 5 AM". I'm now extremely mad. I stood in front of the company for almost 30 minutes that advertises they are 24 hours while being ignored and lied to. If he said 5 AM why was he letting me sit in front of the doors. I don't know if I can complain about how bad every single employee is there but I'm so tired of a 24 hour company closing when they want to. They charge more for gas if you pay with a card but how can you pay cash when they're closing the doors whenever they want to. I supplied a photo with the note.

      On May 19, 2023 I paid for ***** of gas from my Cash App card. St the pump the pump did not reload so zI could begin dispensing my gas. When I went back in to tell them they said the money was refunded to my card. My card reflects gas was dispensed, which I never received. That pump never reloaded.

      I was charged twice for a transaction. I found out almost immediately and called as well as went back to the station within an hour or 2 (visiting area on family vacation) where the guy who was the cashier Said the electricity went out and I'd have to speak to the manager in the morning. I did not see the electricity go out. When I spoke to manager the next day, who was very nice , said they would file a dispute but it could take months. And the drawer for the cashier last night was even. I'm out the money and they aren't going to investigate at all it seems.

      On 09/18/2022 I made a purchase in the amount of $60.35. I was attempting to get $20 in gas and $40 in cash back. The associate then told me that i could not get cash back at the moment and stated that he would "void" my transaction. I did not believe that that was the correct process so i made sure to stay up to date with my bank to make sure the funds were returned. Because i did not feel that the transaction was correctly refunded i did not retrieve any gas or cash back and proceeded to get gas from the 7/11 across the street. Over a span of 60 days went by and i communicated with the manager "NONI" plenty of times about this issue. she advised me to fill out a form for corporate as to which they will look into the issue. Another month goes by and the manager stated that she does not have any information regarding this issue and also does not have the corporate phone number so that i may contact them myself. She also states that she does not have the record of the paperwork that i filled out to be sent in to corporate which is very frustrating and confusing as a customer. Since the date i have not received an email, phone call, or any letters to resolve this issue and the funds are still missing from my account.

      The Rebel gas station located at **** W. ********* ave. refused to refund me money I prepaid for gas. $20 on pump #12 on october 21st, 2021 at approx 3pm. Before I went outside to pump the gas I sat down at the gaming machine and when I was done I proceeded to pump my gas. It didn't work. Pump #12 did not have any money paid to it. After multiple times going inside and asking about the pump I asked the clerk if maybe I said pump #6 (which I didn't) and she said yes go there. So I pulled forward 10 feet and that pump didn't work. Again I went inside and outside and then back inside and at that point the clerk was rolling her eyes at me and accusing me of pumping my gas when in fact I hadn't. She could not produce a receipt saying I paid $20 within the time I entered Rebel. I want my $20 back. I have not heard anything. The manager informed me that when corporate reviews the audio and video cameras they will make a decision. I have NOT heard anything again. I just want my $20 back..
