I started working with this firm In November of 2021 I needed to clean a couple things off of my credit I started the process I believe i started with $99. December came I believe I paid another $99.January comes no updates no calls from consultant I would have to call every time I needed an update and or find out what was going on with my case. ***-July rolls around no updates things were being disputed that were actually not suppose to be disputed leaving me to jump hoops to just try to fix this so I can refinance my house I wrote emails/calls no response no answer. Up until September I get a call from the corporate office or someone in the business i expressed my concern to them and they did nothing. days later I get a call from my consultant ****** and she stated i would get a full refund in the amount of $297 and I would receive in 3 days. Ok 3 days went by I had to hound them..... Then I ask again and they said that there bank account got closed and that I would have my money soon enough.. Today she calls me 9.13.22 and says she will only refund me $150.00 because they sent out rounds of disputes I have been trying to contact them for months telling them to please stop they are making my credit worse and return my money 0 collections were removed in the 10 months I have been signed up with them and i even had to pay for my own credit monitoring service so they can view my reports that's an extra $30 a month from *********** a separate 3rd party company they did me really wrong hurtin me instead of helping me and then she proceeds to tell me that I can have my $150 through cash app? excise me this is not even a real bank. She send me $150 thorough zelle on 9.13.22 that is not what we agreed on and she changed her story i would like the rest of my money in the amount of $147.00 you will see that i did not sign any contracts nor did i give them permission to dispute my accounts that were in good standing. I know $147 is not a lot of money but its the principal.
