On 6/1/2024, this company charged my card. I did not sign up for any credit services so I do not know how they even got my card information. In any case, I want whatever it is canceled and my money refunded.Business response

Service was cancelled on 5/9/2024 and I received a cancellation email. But the company continued to charge my credit card. I had to call my credit card carrier several times too!!!My credit card was charged again on 5/21/2022, on the credit card I had to cancel because of this company's continued charges. I called on 5/22/2024 to cancel the service, AGAIN! ************* confirmed AGAIN the service was cancelled.Highly recommend your customer service department be staffed to by a 'real person'!Please ensure this service is cancelled immediately, my credit card is re-credited, and my credit card information is immediately removed from your system! ************** did in fact call to cancel on May 9th. She was immediately canceled that day and an email was sent to her confirming the cancelation. However, ************** is incorrect regarding our attempt to bill her after cancelation. She was never billed after the May 9th charge that took place prior to her call. The only transaction that happened after May 9th was the initiation of a refund. Perhaps ************** misunderstood the refund as an attempt to charge her card. Since ************** was canceled when requested and was issued a refund, all before the receipt of this complaint, we ask this complaint be closed.Customer response

They charged me the ***** this month when I canceled the service last month so I dont understand why or how they can keep charging me if I already took the right steps to unsubscribe from their services on their websiteBusiness response

On 2-15-2024 3 scores charged my debit card for $39.99 for the second time and I have canceled there services and they gave me a cancelation number and they keep charging my debit card. The service they were going to provide me was for credit score but I didn't need it that's why I canceled there service.Business response

Signed up because it said all three credit scores and seems like FICO but was vantage instead and didnt help me. Called to cancel And was on hold a while and the guy (*****?) said it was canceled but I didnt get email or anything. I think I was scammed acct- ******** Please cancel account and refund any chargesBusiness response

Records indicate that ****************** signed up for services on October 25. The details of the service are clearly and conspicuously stated on the website which include that he would receive reports and scores from ***********, no mention of FICO. ****************** contacted customer service on that same day, October 25 at 6:06 pm and requested his account be cancelled. His account was canceled and a confirmation email went out at 6:22 pm to the email address that was provided during sign up, Additionally, the initial fee was voided and never settled, thus **************** never paid for the services provided, ****************** was not scammed, and such language is defamatory. As such we request this complaint be closed and removed from public view.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I only reject the language they use and allegations. My complaint was true and accurate and not defamatory and this should be public knowledge. The money has since been returned.
