I made a payment plan with Molly the beginning of her taking over my case for a 1000 a month. Which Ive been in good standing even paying extra and all she did was run up my bill continuously knowing I have a payment plan. Reschedule my court dates showed more aggression towards me then the case itself and barely even communicated with me. Just send her billing specialist to collect a bill doing the bare minimum in my case a racking up a bill knowing I couldn't afford. Then right before trial drop my case because I could not get loan to pay her in full. I've kept up with my payment which my subscription was 1000 a month and for her to do this so close to my trial is robbery only time Ive should of had problems was if I miss a payment which I never miss. Now she trying to garnish me and I never told her once that was going to pay this. Unprofessional and unethical you punish a client that you never really made time for run up his bill up and don't show up when he making every payment on time. I feel robbed if my payment was not enough I should of been told that from the beginning. Not be extorted to pay more to do nothing but send her associates to keep continuing my case and run up a bill that I can not afford which was established when hired we had a contract. And I plan to honor it and still pay my debt just wish I could of had a better service.
