On November 20th I had placed an online order with what i thought was the original Benchmade *** out of ******. So on the 8th of December I placed a call to Benchmade *** asking about my order. **** the consumer specialist asked me for my order # which is UB4086, **** Informed me that number is not a legit order number with their *** **** then preceded to inform me this is not a legit company and they have had several issues with them. I have e-mailed this outfit i had placed my online order from and have gotten nothing but a run around. I asked them to cancel my order and want a refund ASAP. They told me its to late to cancel my order. So this is why i am contacting you. Here is what little information I have. OLIVENORMA Ph# *************** ** *****. I'm sure this number is not real. This ** out of ** even sent me a 34 digit tracking # from the ***** My understanding is the Postal only uses 22 or 24 #. I even tried to track that number and nothing came up. They even had the nerve to tell me I owed them .30 and wanted my CC# which I did not give them (gut feeling) So if there is anything you can do to get a refund or even shut them down, I would be grateful.
