I paid for a service offered by one of their apps named taimi that advertises that you can swipe more times if you buy their premium. I bought their premium with the impression my amount of actions would be reset and Id have that amount of likes ready but I was unable to do so and was essentially scammed out of being able to use the premium featuresInitial Complaint

There have been multiple profiles made by an individual that are being used to stalk and harass me. I've made it abundantly clear to the ***** support team that I am concerned for my safety, and question how this could happen since, per *****, there is a team in place to verify users. I requested any kind of tagged information that the profile was created with so that I could make a report with local authorities; this was shot down. Asked again how if there's a team setup for verifications how this could happen; "because all users are verified". Still getting no where. Regardless if I discontinue the app I am still concerned with my day-to-day safety, but ***** refuses to assist.Initial Complaint

The following the the message I have sent them they are refusing to give me a refund or unban me. They know I am real my account was verified and I am a paid lifetime gold membership user. They don't care. People have been reporting me as fake and as such my profile has been banned. A couple of issues here though I am 100 percent real and verified with a paid lifetime premium membership. People mistakenly assuming I am fake doesn't mean I have violated anything. Also you aren't keeping my money for banning me because people mistakenly assumed I was fake and spam and reporting me. This business keeps charging my credit card even though I canceled. I've been charged three times already this month alone and it's ruined my credit.Initial Complaint

I emailed company regarding fraud on my account. Stated I don't know what these charges are for. More and more charges are being charged to my account. I have put in complaints via email and no one has gotten back to me after several attempts.
