Encouraged by this, I contacted their representative, *****, who guided me through the process of providing my student loan information. I downloaded the necessary documents from my loan provider and uploaded them as instructed.***** informed me that while they couldnt completely wipe out my loan, they could significantly reduce itfrom $60,000 to $11,000and lower my monthly payments from $438 to $47. I was relieved and promptly signed up for their services. ***** assured me that my last payment to the loan provider would be in June, and my account would then be transferred back to the Federal Student Aid (FSA) for July, with the reduced payment amount.However, as we are now in the middle of July, I have not seen any changes. There has been no reduction in my loan balance, and my account remains with ********************. Despite my attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no response. Their voicemail box is full, and my emails have gone unanswered.Additionally, Public Processing Services LLC charged me one payment of $299 in June, as part of their 10 payment fee schedule. Given the lack of progress and communication, I am deeply concerned about this situation.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. If necessary, I am willing to provide any additional documentation or details to support my case. Ideally, I would like to cancel my account with ******************** and receive a refund for the payment made in June.
