      I placed an order and received the incorrect product, I placed my order on June 19th and received it on June 26th. I identified that I received the wrong item so I emailed the company regarding getting it corrected. After not hearing from them I phoned them on 6/27 and spoke to ************************* and requested the correct item be sent to me, I asked if it could be overnighted and she stated for an additional *****. I voiced my frustration and felt that since it was their error I should not have to cover the cost of shipping. She was very rude and told me that I needed to review thier shipping policy. She told me to send her a picture of what I did receive so I did. She responded that they would send the correct item. After having not heard again from her after that I emailed her on 7/2 following up on the status, I did not receive a response back. On July 7 I phoned them and spoke to an employee who looked up the order stating she did not see that it had been filled, she would need to speak to her supervisor and would call me back. I did not hear back from her. At this point I have had to order from another company as I had a deadline for when I needed the product. A replacement does not do me any good.

      Hello, 

      According to the shipping information of your order, the order was sent twice with tracking numbers. The first time on 06/21 (**********************************************************************************) and the 2nd time 07/08 (**********************************************************************************). Both times showing they were dropped off at the front door/porch of the address given to us for the order. With that being said, we are not refunded the order as it was delivered twice within days of shipping.  Please be aware, we have no control over shipping and delivery once it is in the hands of the carrier.

      On May 28th I placed an order for a set of **** Deere decals with J&J Design Studios from their "Biggest Decal Store" webpage. The design listed on their website was for a black and yellow decal - illustration from their website attached, which I paid to have upgraded to carbon fiber. On June 8th my order arrived and what I received was not what I had ordered. The decals I received are green and black - photo attached.I contacted the company offering to return the incorrect items for a refund and I was told in response "Based on the order you placed, you did choose to upgrade the material, which is what you received. With printing on carbon fiber, colors do change because of the darker background." The order again was for a yellow deer on a black background. Black, or a "carbon fiber texture" (which is not carbon fiber - what was advertised) is still black. There are no warnings on the listing, or the upgrade option that colors would change.I again stated that I would return the items for a refund. I was then told "We can offer to redo the decal and overlay the yellow portions to make it show as yellow and not green. We do require you pay the reshipping fee of $5 which we can invoice you." and "When you run a light color like yellow to be printed on a dark background, it will no doubt show up differently."After stating again that the color will not print as advertised, I am uninterested in exchanging my order and want a refund. The $5 charge for shipping on the $0.60 **** envelope is akin to extortion though they justify it as paying for order tracking, a service they claim to not offer on orders, and even say as much responding to complaints on the BBB site."does NOT include tracking, this is clearly stated on the website"************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* It doesn't look like I'm the only one unhappy with the service of this company.

      I am willing to reprint and ship this to make this right for the customer.  I was willing to do that all along, I know at one point my service associate had asked for a reshipping fee but I had said we would waive that but wanted to confirm they would still want the item If I reprinted and shipped it.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Detailed in my original complaint - I was told it could be reprinted but that light colors darken on a dark background and that it would look different. I'm uninterested paying for a decal that is supposed to be **** Deere yellow but is actually **** Deere yellow-ish.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is acceptable.

      While it's unfortunate that the business couldn't simply own up to the mistake of printing the wrong color to begin with and chose instead to make excuses for why I was shipped green instead of yellow, I too would like to close this complaint.

      I hope the business uses this opportunity to consider their position on customer satisfaction and strives to improve their operations. I thank them for stepping up and making the order right but the entire ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to future sales with them.
