      THIS DENTAL OFFICE DID FRAUD, DESCRIMATING MY SISTER WHO IS DISABLE, AND ** DID A PROCEDURE TO SISTER AND HE KNOWS HE WAS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSILBILITY AND BECAUSE HE DID FRAUD TO MOM NOW HE DOESNT WANNA SEE HER. AND THERE IS WITNESS

      my son got braces put on back in Oct 2022 ever since we have had several issues he will get his touch up done they refuse to book him for his 6 week appointment and tell him we will call and schedule they never do then we will call and oh we are booked out 5-6 weeks so im paying monthly for braces and my sons lucky to get them note every 3-4 months you can call the office they never answer a phone you leave a message never get a call back very poor customer service i have flipped on them more then once i have my son currently sitting in the office refusing to leave until they pull his braces off i am tired of fighting with them to get appointments for my son i would like them to refund me and my insurance so my son can get braces else where somewhere where they will assist us and take care if us insurance only pays for braces once so they need to make it right and stop doing braces when they cant take care of the patients they have

      Good afternoon:I am asking for your intervention because I feel taken by the service that ******** H3338353034323636****H Clinic located at **** N Rainbow Blvd ***** gave me because the person in charge of that office ****************** attended me and did not explain to me what my bridge consisted of until I asked her to explain and show me.My first appointment was on October 18th where I had a tooth pulled that was hurting me and my insurance paid for it. On the 20th I returned because I had a crown that fell out and it was hurting me along with a tooth on the side and they told me I needed a bridge that would be attached to the side teeth and they did a deep cleaning and they told me that they would clean the whole mouth and then I found out that they only did the top part. ******* gave me the price of $480 and I thought it was ok and I thought that my bill was not going to go up much. When I left she told me that she was going to take out my loans that there were going to be 2 I thought it was ok I did the first one for the bridge that my part was $1626.40 for this she told me that it was 24 months interest free which was not true but the total gave the amount that corresponded.24payments of ***** equal to ******* acceptable and the second that was only for a crown 24 payments of ***** which is equal to ******* very different I went back the other day to q explain to me why and she told me that it included interest in case I did not pay and I told her that I did not want it she had offered me a free crown for me she was charging me. now if I went the other day I do not know why it is taking so long to cancel if I had not run time and they did not do this to me. for this I did not sign , I have nothing more than the loan contract.I went to appointments on Nov. 9 and 17 and they only saw the bridge and I had to wash it with a syringe because food gets into it.The loan company is ****** and I called a person named ****** and he told me that with a call or email they will cancel the loan of *****. The first payments were on November 9th and he offered me to postpone the payment to the 30th of this month to see if ******* sends the cancellation.All this makes me distrustful and I tried to contact the manager but I could not find any number or email. Only a lady named ********************************* from the call center helped me but she told me that ******* said that I don&#**;t have 2 loans that the second loan included two crowns and the cleaning of the lower part of the mouth that I NEVER REQUESTED and I didn&#**;t sign anything and to so many lies I asked for a change of office and she told me that I should. I told her that I already paid for the bridge and I would not pay that I would complain to you, the ****** ************* and talk to Telemundo, we talked and she told me that they would change me to the nearest office at ***** and fwy 95.I went to ******* yesterday to pick up my documents and she did not attend to me and only told me that she would send them at that time to go to the new location, I went later and only sent a letter and the lady at the ***** office told me I needed a letter from the manager and that if you go she gave me to understand that I would pay again.I really don&#**;t want anything to do with these offices anymore.I would like to cancel the loans and pay with my credit card what I owe 2 extractions and the temporary bridge which is not nice at all, and for me not well done.
